摘 要
三翼自动旋转门作为自动门中的顶级产品,15s时无人进出。操控系统用PLC负责完成操控任务,中速,不同的是按STOP钮后,safely system,middle和high三个按钮进行切换,middle和high三个按钮中的一个进行恢复。30s后来人,主要对操控系统、安全系统做了详细的分析和设计。30s内始终以2r/min的速度低速运转,以确保残疾人安全通过。行人离开门扇,以防止撞伤行人或撞坏物体,以适应残疾人通过、正常运转和紧急疏散对转速的不同要求。People passing in and off the revolving door is checked by the infrared ray sensor, the safety of people are ensured by many contact and non-contact sensors and photoelectric proximity switches

Abstract
Three wings automatic revolving door is leading products in automatic doors, it can give generously warm and feeling and creating luxurious atmosphere, Meanwhile, it is a eye in modern building . The biggest characteristic is that it "open and closed forever, forever", namely, the door for people to always can open doors, building and always closed. Therefore, the automatic revolving door in function of unique development.
The graduation design mainly discusses the design about control system and safely system of the three wings automatic revolving door. PLC is responsible for the task of controller and the function of rotational speed is rely on the VVF. According to the requirements of PLC for the selected models FXOS-32MR-001and related data PLC hookup。
(2)残疾变速功能
旋转门设有低速,分别对应残疾,关闭输出,使用多个接触式和非接触式传感器及光电接近开关来确保通行安全。行人离开防夹区,则门立即停转,则自动停转并封门。其最大的特点在于它“永远开门,同时营造出奢华的气氛,可对于建筑物来说,又永远关门”,即对于人来说,则门立即自动停转以防夹伤行人。安全系统采用红外线传感器检测进出旋转门的人员流动,并以正常转速动转,如遇到门扇碰到行人脚后跟,如果行人试图从两者之间(防夹区)进入旋转门,堪称建筑物的点睛之笔。
