摘 要
自动扶梯被广泛应用于酒店。 PLC的应用到自动扶梯,使用方便,以达到最佳的操控,Y-Δ切换启动。电气系统部件之后,地铁,在广大客户的便利性,商场,可以大大提高自动扶梯的操控水平,写字楼,便于维修和保养等显著优势。在PLC操控程序需要被处理过的第一和最重要的安全电路的逻辑信号的检测信号,手动操作,当系统维护,并考虑到了电梯操作的便利性,大修将墨盒插入维护状态发生。本设计采用PLC操控系统可靠性高,操控程序需要精心准备的PLC的。

Abstract

Compared with relay control escalators have a qualitative leap. It enables computerized control of the escalator, escalator more intelligent. Escalators by servo drive, Y-Δ switching activation. From the safety requirements and inspection requirements to run the elevator starting, taking into account the convenience of the elevator operation, the program primarily designed to achieve three operating states: automatic operation, manual operation, maintenance operation. Under normal circumstances, the escalator into the automatic operation; when a particular situation occurs when the escalator in the role of external hand signals, enter manually run the state, when the system maintenance, overhaul insert the cartridge into the maintenance state. After the electrical system components, in order to achieve optimal control, the control program needs careful preparation of the PLC. In the PLC control program needs to be treated first and foremost safety circuit logic signal detection signal, by processing of these signals, given the appropriate operating status display and alarm signals
