摘要
因在工业生产过程中。本次课程设计大致可分为两块:其一、实验装置的工艺部分的设计及选型部分如泵、阀、液微计等的选型,因这是实验装置所以要求所选的装置都要尽量符合本实验装置的需要并配备齐全,其测量值与给定值进行比较得到偏差,其测量值与给定值进行比较得到偏差,为不久的将来能做出次实验装置做准备。

Abstract
In the process of industrial production, many control systems have been realized by Process Control Technology such as hot temperature control, neutralization of sewage and waste liquid of steam's sour alkali degrees and preservation of liquid level controls, etc. In order to meet the needs of factories offer an experiment platform of this project research for students. It is an important component of automatic control technology. In the course of modern industrial production, Process Control Technology is playing a great role in economic technical indicator control technology, economic benefits and labor productivity, economizing energy, improving labor condition, and promoting environmental sanitation, etc. Liquid location balance control system, changer measures the liquid level of the trough of ink , which get its measured value and receive deviation relatively with a setting value, regulator send out and control order according to the deviation value, control regulating valve turn on degree, achieve and make the purpose at a setting value of control of liquid level of trough of ink. Realizing product process automation have most important meaning to the development of national economy and the raise of engineering level. The courses of process control will getting faster development in the course of the construction of our country's socialist modernization.

课题含义:
用差压变送器测量水槽液位,达到使水槽液位操控在给定值上的目的。过程操控将在我国社会主义现代化的建设过程中得到更快的发展。实现生产过程自动化对于发展国民经济、提高技术水平有着十分重要的意义。液位平衡操控系统用是利用差压变送器测量水槽液位,达到使水槽液位操控在给定值上的目的。过程操控技术正在为实现各种最优的技术经济指标、提高经济效益和劳动生产率、节约能源、改善劳动条件、促进环境卫生等方面起了很大的作用
